About Van & Van of Austin, TX
Working with hand tools along side his father, Bruce's apprenticeship
training started at a very young age. His appreciation of quality
craftsmanship grew with each project they completed together. After
managing several retail businesses, his longing to create architectural
structures kept calling him back into the field.
Though he is not
currently a licensed architect in the State of Texas, training programs
in architecture and engineering gave him all the background necessary to
start designing and building homes. His entry in the 1985 Austin
Association of Homebuilders Parade of Homes was the first home to sell
after the parade week!
Over the years, Bruce's appreciation and understanding of his client’s
needs, tastes and desires have led to him becoming one of the most
referred and recommended contractors in central Texas. He knows that
working on your home is a personal matter and should be treated with the
kind of respect you would get from a good friend or family member. In
fact, many of his current friendships started with a business project!
Bruce Van Waes would be honored to include you as client and future
friend of the Van & Van family.
